    1 bottle of Gwelio Wit

    1 tablespoon of peanut butter

    1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Directions

      Preheat oven to 350º F. In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly pour beer while mixing with a spoon. Dough should be lumpy. Pour dough into a 9 inch loaf pan and place into the oven for 50-60 minutes. Let the loaf cool completely.

      Slice the loaf around 3/4 inch slices. Crack egg into a small bowl and whisk with the vanilla extract. Pour sugar and cinnamon onto a plate. Dip the bread into the egg, then slide it around your plate with the sugar and cinnamon on both sides and place into a hot skillet. Do this for two slices.

      Fry until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side. Remove from skillet. Add the peanut butter in between the two slices. Add syrup and any fixings you desire. Enjoy.
