More Cali
I still had some Cali Creamin’ left over after making the Cali Creamin’ Cupcakes, so I thought I would make some beer bread. There was also some butterscotch chips in my reach, so why not make a Cali Creamin’ butterscotch chips beer bread.
Conclusion
I really wanted to do this with white chocolate chips as I feel they would have went better with the smooth creamy flavor of the Cali Creamin’. However, laziness got the best of me and I had access to butterscotch. Nonetheless, the bread was sweet and moist and made for a delicious dessert. In the future, I plan to remake this with white chocolate chips, but if someone does this before, please comment and tell me how it went.
